Julie is an HR Business Advisor with Clark Schaefer Strategic HR and brings 20+ years of HR experience in various industries such as architecture, engineering, geospatial, manufacturing, construction, health care, and education. Her experience has taught her a wide variety of HR solutions that allow organizations to grow and flourish.
As a well-rounded HR professional, Julie has expertise in employee relations, performance management, individual development plans, succession planning, compliance, and benefits administration. She is passionate about providing client solutions that are forward-thinking and creating engaging cultures which allow employers to attract and retain best-in-class talent.
Julie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Socio-Psychology from Mount St. Joseph University and now serves on their Psychology Department Advisory Board. She is a SHRM Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). Julie is also certified in Wiley’s DiSC Behavioral Assessment.
Julie is a Cincinnati native and lives by the motto “Do What You Love, Love What You Do!” Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends as they go boating and spoiling her two Shih tzus!
