Amy Turner is a Senior HR Business Advisor with Strategic HR. With 25 years of HR leadership experience, Amy is proud to be a passionate and trusted business partner for her clients. A proponent of open communication with all levels of the organization, she believes that people are the essential foundation and most valuable resource to an organization.
Amy has experience in the Healthcare, Distribution, Contact Center, and Private Equity industries, working with companies ranging from privately-owned to publicly traded with multi-state locations. Her expertise lies in Employee Relations, Process Improvement, Talent Management, Policy and Procedure Design, Start-Ups, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Keene State in New Hampshire. She also has a Human Resource Management Certification from Sinclair and her Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Certification.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her daughter and family, hiking with her dogs, volunteering at animal shelters, and traveling the world.
