Through her 20+ years of recruiting experience, she has cultivated a keen ability to quickly understand clients’ needs and find the right talent, all while developing a strong rapport with both clients and candidates. Tracy has worked in a variety of organizations from start up to global, which has led to her breadth of industry experience including staffing, global luxury retail, media marketing, business intelligence & analytics, and technical areas. She has placed C-Suite Executives, Data Architects, Software Engineers, Brand Managers, Accounting Professionals, Mortgage Lenders, Human Resources Professionals, and more.
With her depth of experience, she has success partnering in the recruitment of high-performing technology candidates including Project Managers (Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban); Software Development Professionals (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, SQL); DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure); and Business Intelligence & Analytic Professionals (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense). Tracy attended the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, she is a BNI Network member and holds certifications as a Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Business Professional.
In her spare time, Tracy enjoys cooking, gardening, and camping. She and her husband also have seven grandchildren who bring great joy to their family.
