Andrea is a Senior HR Business Strategist with Strategic HR Business Advisors. As a true business partner, she listens with empathy to understand needs, strategizes for options, and collaborates with our clients and HR experts to provide customized solutions.
Andrea started her career in a large, well-respected national staffing firm helping companies in the Greater Cincinnati area to find finance and accounting talent. It didn’t take long for her and others to realize she had both a talent for helping companies recruit their top employees and a love for matching candidates to their perfect job. She continued to grow her recruiting expertise as the Recruiting Manager and Director in an IT startup, followed by a mid-sized national marketing research company.
Andrea spent the next twenty years broadening her HR experience to include employee development, creating and delivering custom training programs, succession and workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, DEI awareness practices, college recruiting relations, and hands-on management of recruitment best practices resulting in excellent candidate experiences, efficient hiring, and outmatched retention.
Andrea earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Northern Kentucky University. She is SHRM trained in coaching and has a passion for helping develop employees, small teams, and managers through the application of their CliftonStrengths.
Andrea fills her bucket with traveling to coastal and mountain spots, practicing her swing at the driving range, tackling too many DIY home projects, and never-ending debates with her teenage daughter.
