Throughout her career, Amy has worked in diverse industries including Healthcare, Distribution, Manufacturing, Non-profits, Federal Contractors, Contact Centers, and Private Equity with companies of various sizes. Her areas of expertise include Employee Relations, Compliance, Employee Investigations, Process Improvement, Talent Management, Policies, Start-Ups, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Keene State College and certifications in Human Resource Management and Six Sigma Lean Black Belt.
In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her dogs, volunteering at animal shelters, and traveling.
