Paula is known for cultivating strong, long-lasting client relationships by developing a deep understanding of clients’ needs and ensuring that they feel confident in her ability to help them achieve their HR goals.

Paula has 14+ years of HR Consulting and HR Leadership experience providing HR support to various industries including manufacturing, healthcare, non-profit, retail, and technology. She has a wide range of expertise in human resources, including employee relations, process and procedure development, HR compliance, training and development, benefits, and performance management. Leveraging her breadth of knowledge and experience, Paula is a valued and trusted HR partner to all of her clients.

Paula has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from Shawnee State University and a Master’s Degree in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati. She has also attained her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and her Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification.

Outside of work, Paula enjoys reading, biking, yoga, traveling to National Parks, going to concerts, and spending time with her family.
