Lisa is a Senior Recruiting Coordinator / Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant with Clark Schaefer Strategic HR. She has a passion for helping clients in any way that she can, and she finds it rewarding to be an integral part of the entire recruitment and HR process.
With over 15 years of experience delivering HR and recruiting excellence, Lisa has tackled everything from FMLA and payroll administration to finding the best-fit candidates for organizational success and creating strong client relationships. She leads our Recruitment Helpline and has extensive recruiting expertise in areas such as nonprofit, sales, healthcare, finance, and C-suite roles, making her a valuable recruiting partner.
Lisa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, and she is an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR).
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys walking her dogs, reading, and spending time outside with her husband and two hilarious children.
