Empower leaders to build tangible leadership skills by understanding how the brain and chemical reactions work to drive a person’s behaviors. Psychological safety is at the core of leading, coaching and mentoring. All feedback and advice is dependent on the trust with the person providing it. Leaders can quickly learn to keep the safety and engagement in the discussion by understanding neuroscience. Cyndi will also provide helpful tips on how to lead a brain-friendly change.

Learning Objectives:

  • Coach leaders on how to create a thriving culture and relationship with employees
  • Prevent turnover costs by understanding that we are all a chemical reaction with one another due to the brain’s drive to seek safety
  • Learn simple ways to keep the employee feeling unconsciously and consciously safe when coaching to allow for higher results and output
  • Understand the role of the brain when leading through change management
  • Create habits for self and others when experiencing the cognitive dissonance of creating new habits.
