Why Participate?
- $15,000 per hire: Receive an incentive payment for each qualifying new hire who relocates and starts work.
- First-come, first-served: Up to $225,000 per company (15 hires) until funds are depleted.
- Flexible for all company sizes: Dedicated funding ensures any employer can participate.
- Direct payment with no restrictions: Use funds as you see fit for your business needs.
Who’s Eligible?
- Ohio-based employers in JobsOhio’s targeted industries.
- Full-time STEM and technical hires relocating from out of state.
- Employers must provide prior relocation data to establish a baseline.
How It Works:
- Qualify: Complete and submit the online application.
- Hire & Relocate: Employee moves to Ohio and begins work.
- Request Disbursement: Submit proof of hire and relocation.
- Receive Funds: Incentive payments are issued to the employer.
