About the Speaker
Matthew Mullen is a Senior Total Rewards Consultant who partners with organizations across industries to align talent strategy with business goals. His expertise spans benchmarking, strategy, design, implementation, and communication of total rewards programs for both executives and the broader workforce.
In addition to his consulting work, Matthew helps lead Mercer’s Compensation Survey for Investment Groups within Endowments and Foundations, as well as Mercer’s North America Severance Survey.
He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Bowling Green State University, graduating summa cum laude. Matthew is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
