Sam is a Manager of Talent Acquisition with Clark Schaefer Strategic HR. With almost 30 years of experience delivering successful recruiting solutions in a variety of industries, he has cultivated a passion for helping great people find great jobs with great companies.
Sam brings recruiting experience from a wide range of industries, including Manufacturing, Finance, Healthcare, Sales, Marketing, Aerospace, Airlines, Call Centers, Construction, Engineering and Design, and Human Resources. He understands the importance of hiring the right talent for the success of an organization.
Sam’s strengths are building strong customer/client relationships while developing and executing successful recruiting processes and strategies. He is a proud alum of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys golf, reading, listening to all kinds of music, and spending time with his family.
