Jill is a Human Resources Consultant with strategic HR. Drawing upon her servant leadership philosophy, she excels in being a trusted business advisor. Through her empathetic and professional approach, Jill is skilled at forming lasting and meaningful relationships with organizational leaders, colleagues, and employees of all levels.

Jill has 15+ years of HR leadership and consulting experience serving multiple industries including transportation, healthcare, insurance, non-profit, retail, engineering, manufacturing, and government. Because of the breadth of her experience, she is able to provide immediate value and support in all areas of HR operations, including payroll, performance management, training and development, employee and labor relations,  and benefits.

Jill has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (HR Major) from Wright State University.  She has also earned her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and is a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her family, running, and visiting one of the many Cincinnati breweries.
