Donata is an HR Business Advisor with Clark Schaefer Strategic HR. With a “can-do” attitude and a helper mentality, she enjoys helping clients with whatever HR-related needs they have.
Donata has 10+ years of HR experience, where she primarily served in the non-profit and healthcare industries. Her experience includes full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefit administration, creating and managing wellness programs, employee relations, and managing FMLA and workers compensation.
She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati, her MBA from Fitchburg State University, and she has earned her SHRM-CP professional HR Certification.
Outside of work, Donata enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dog, and living an active lifestyle.
