Donata is an HR Business Advisor with Clark Schaefer Strategic HR. With a “can-do” attitude and a service-oriented approach, she enjoys helping clients with whatever HR-related needs they have.
Donata has 10+ years of HR experience, primarily in the non-profit and healthcare industries. Her experience includes full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, creating and managing wellness programs, employee relations, and managing FMLA and workers’ compensation.
She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and earned her MBA from Fitchburg State University. Additionally, Donata has earned her SHRM-CP professional HR Certification.
Outside of work, Donata enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dog, and living an active lifestyle.
