Christine is an HR Business Advisor with Clark Schaefer Strategic HR. She enjoys serving as a trusted business partner and human resources educator to her clients. Christine is passionate about helping businesses to maximize the potential of their most valuable asset: their people!
Christine has thirteen years of human resources experience and serves as a business advisor as well as providing training and coaching to our clients. She brings experience in recruitment, benefits administration, training, employee relations, and performance management. Combining her exceptional listening skills, natural sense of curiosity, and solution-oriented approach, she seeks to understand issues from different perspectives allowing her to be an effective collaborator, problem solver, and partner with clients.
Christine earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at Ohio State University. She is certified in Wiley’s DiSC Behavioral Assessment and Five Behaviors Model.
In her free time, Christine loves traveling and playing trivia. She enjoys cheering on Cincinnati sports teams with her family and hopes that another Super Bowl may be in the Bengals’ near future!
