Cathleen is Director, Human Resources & Development with strategic HR. She has over 15 years HR consulting experience, provided Human Resources support for companies with 10-550 employees in industries such as warehousing, manufacturing, medical practices, customer service and retail. She has advised clients on the day to day aspects of HR including complaint investigations, recruiting and selection, employee performance management, creating policy and procedures, and government compliance. Cathleen is extremely customer focused and is always looking out for the best interests of the client including protecting the client from liability issues. One of Cathleen’s many strengths includes customizing training programs to suit the clients’ needs. Plus, she is phenomenal at researching and staying abreast of employment legislative issues that impact businesses.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and a Journalism Certificate from the University of Cincinnati. She is able to use this communication and writing background in many ways to help clients effectively communicate with employees to ensure successful retention and satisfaction on the job. Cathleen has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, by the national Human Resources Certificate Institute and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by Society for Human Resources Management.
Cathleen and her family live in Loveland. With her daughter now in college, Cathleen and her husband are learning how to be empty nesters.
