Seven Essential Skills for Effective Leaders (Half-Day Programs)

We combined our most requested and effective leadership skills training solutions into a two-day event, built to help team leads, supervisors, and middle managers improve retention, engagement, and productivity.
Participants will finish the workshop ready to use the following skills:
- Building trust, credibility, and influence
- Giving effective positive and constructive feedback
- Engaging and motivating employees
- Empowering employees to solve problems and improve processes
- Dealing with conflict and challenging employees
- Developing employees
- Managing change
This 16-hour program is concluded with a graduation ceremony, during which the attendees’ managers are invited to celebrate the accomplishment. Managers are also sent a summary of lessons and suggestions for continued challenges to help attendees apply these skills post-class.
The class will be held in half-day sessions (8 am – 12 pm) over four Tuesdays:
- September 10th
- September 17th
- September 24th
- October 1st
A light breakfast of coffee, pastries, and yogurt will be provided.
