About the Speaker
Matthew is a partner at Dinsmore and practices in the areas of litigation and labor and employment law. He is entering his 20th year of practice and has been certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in labor and employment law. Matthew provides counsel and advice to employers throughout Ohio on day-to-day employment decisions and on matters related to employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and protection of trade secrets. He also defends employers against administrative agency charges and employment-related lawsuits in state and federal court, and represents employers seeking court enforcement of noncompete agreements against former employees engaging in unfair competition.
