We will work with you to understand your needs and analyze the position(s) you want to focus on to help you select the appropriate assessment tool(s).
Once we’ve identified the best tool(s), we can assist you with the application of the assessment(s) into your recruitment, selection, and/or employee development processes. We can provide communication to ensure candidates and employees have adequate notice and all of the information they need to make it a positive and productive experience.
After assessments are completed, you will receive the results. Some assessments provide more robust information that requires expert interpretation, and in those cases, our HR consultants will provide in-depth analysis to ensure that you understand and benefit the most from the results.
