John is a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant with Strategic HR Business Advisors. He has 25+ years of experience in the areas of Recruiting and Human Resource Management. He is a natural relationship builder and enjoys being a valuable and reliable partner to his clients and his colleagues.
John has extensive full-cycle recruiting experience spanning a broad array of industries and disciplines ranging from Technical, Engineering, and IT to Finance, Accounting, Legal, Healthcare, and Human Resources, just to name a few. With experience recruiting for large Fortune 500 companies, small companies, and everything in between, he can successfully meet the needs of organizations of any size.
In addition to his vast recruiting experience, John also has a comprehensive background in HR management. His primary areas of focus in HR include employee relations, compensation & benefits administration, training and development, DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), compliance, and performance management.
John holds a Master’s Degree in Labor & Employment Relations as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Cincinnati. He has earned many accolades in his career including a PHR certification, Diversity Recruiting Award at GE Aircraft Engines, and The Jefferson Award for Outstanding Community Service.
Outside of work, John has raised five children and is the proud grandfather of twelve amazing grandchildren. He enjoys sports, military history, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.
