Janine is an HR Business Advisor with Clark Schaefer Strategic HR. She has 20+ years of experience combining a unique blend of HR management, business development, and sales. With a natural warmth and sense of optimism, she excels at building relationships and developing custom-fit solutions for her clients.
Throughout her career, Janine has developed a broad HR background in a variety of industries ranging from establishing an HR department for a small manufacturing company to providing benefits consulting for a Fortune 500 company. Her specialty areas include Benefits Management, Employee Engagement and Retention, HR Project Management, Training and Development, Data Analytics, LEAN Manufacturing, Business Acumen, and Consultative Sales.
Janine has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University. She has obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the National Human Resources Certificate Institute and earned her Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from The Society for Human Resource Management. She approaches life as a lifelong student and loves to continue to learn and grow, especially through podcasts and videos.
Outside of work, Janine and her husband Jamie have two beautiful daughters. She loves spending time with her family and friends. Not one to just “sit around,” she also enjoys boating, outdoor activities, and is always up for trying new workout programs.
