Creating a thriving culture of resilient problem-solvers requires connection, creativity, and courage. Brad Wise makes the case in his interactive talk that the best way to foster that environment is through Wonder Building. New science from the Greater Good Science Center shows that Wonder Building activates our central nervous system to release oxytocin- the trust and bonding hormone. That leads humans to be more collaborative and innovative together.

During this workshop, you will learn:

  • Understand the Role of Connection, Creativity, and Courage in Problem-Solving
  • Grasp the Science of Wonder Building and Its Effects on Collaboration
  • Apply Wonder Building Strategies to Foster a Collaborative Environment
