Purpose: Identify different staffing strategies to support the organization’s talent needs in todays landscape or workforce.
Recruiting, hiring and staffing are the greatest cost impact for most companies. No matter the size of your company, or the type of positions you need to fill, you need a plan. We will review different staffing strategies to meet the talent demand of your organization. During this session, we will discuss strategy options, resources available, and dig into the cost impact of each. We will address the role technology plays and how strategy must consider how today’s workforce looks for work. Attendees will leave with a good understanding of strategy options they can implement that are designed to meet their organizational goals.
About the Speaker
Michelle Cestaric is the Director of Sales with Staffmark’s Digital Staffing. Michelle carries her PHR, SHRM-CP, and CSP certifications. With 26 years of experience, Michelle provides her Human Resource and Business partners with consultative program offerings and staffing solutions in all areas of employment. Michelle currently sits as Chair on the Executive Committee for the Northern Kentucky Workforce Investment Board. Michelle has also sat on the Board for NKY SHRM since 2006. As an active member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Michelle is currently Chair of the Workforce Strategic Steering Committee and sits as a member of the GROW committee. Michelle’s commitment to leadership in the areas of the workforce has been evident in the many programs, events, and volunteer hours dedicated to supporting our regional workforce demands. Michelle provides resources and a platform for engagement around the workforce in our Northern Kentucky community.
