How does it work?

strategic HR, inc. acts as an extension of your staff; we are paid hourly and you are only billed for our time spent on recruiting. We do not charge you a contingency fee to fill your jobs. However, we suggest you budget 10% of the annual salary of the hired employee—although our typical cost ranges from 5-12%, which is well below the market’s 20-35% contingent rate.

Use our Outsourced Recruitment Solution and not only will you get your job openings posted at no additional fee on our Client Job Opportunities page, but you will benefit from our multitude of free Network Resources. Our Network Resources database includes over 1,500 no cost resources (i.e., social media, job boards, associations, universities, outplacement and more). From this list, we carefully select the most appropriate sources to best market your job(s). Your only cost to use these resources is our time to post your job(s).
