Samantha serves as Clark Schaefer Strategic HR’s Business Advisor’s Senior Sales & Marketing Strategist, managing strategic marketing direction, social media and online marketing, creative content generation, public relations, supporting the inside sales process, and more.
With a passion for storytelling, Samantha enjoys putting puzzle pieces together to create cohesive and engaging messaging. While being a part of Clark Schaefer Strategic HR’s internal support team, she frequently employs her marketing expertise and strategic perspective to support clients in their recruitment and internal marketing efforts.
She served as a contributor to Clark Schaefer Strategic HR’s “Generations at Work” survey and white paper, gathering data from individuals of all generations and distilling their thoughts into actionable insights for employers and job seekers alike.
She serves as a frequent speaker for local organizations, often presenting on subjects such as job search tips and tricks, talent acquisition best practices, empathy in the workplace, employer branding, generational preferences and research, and more.
Samantha is a proud graduate of Miami University with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a minor in Creative Writing. During her time at Miami University, she served as the Student Manager of the Howe Writing Center, earning her the Tutor Leader of the Year award from the East Central Writing Center Association. She also completed Miami University’s MiniMBA program and holds a Google Analytics for Beginners certification.
Cincinnati born and raised, she spends much of her time exploring the area with her husband, friends, and family.
