Randy is a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant with Strategic HR Business Advisors. After spending the first half of his career in sales, he discovered recruiting and immediately fell in love with it. Blending his sales and talent acquisition experience, Randy is exceptionally skilled at engaging passive candidates– the secret to his success in filling hard-to-fill roles.
Randy has been working in talent acquisition since 2008 with his experience ranging from corporate recruiting to client-focused executive search and third-party recruiting. He has recruited for all levels of positions from entry-level to C-suite for a wide range of industries including healthcare, aerospace, engineering, manufacturing (consumer packaged goods (CPG), heavy industrial, light industrial), and more. As a results-oriented person, Randy is driven to help his clients find the best fit for their open roles in the shortest amount of time.
Randy attended Sinclair Community College where he studied Business, Marketing, and Psychology. He also excelled as a student-athlete serving as the pitcher and co-captain of Sinclair’s baseball team.
Outside of work, Randy enjoys the simple pleasures in life like going on walks and taking his kids to the park. He’s also a huge sports fan and tries to catch as many Cincinnati Reds, Bengals, UC, and Xavier games as he can!
