Narcissa has 10+ years of experience working in both the public and private sectors. Her areas of expertise are full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, working with labor unions, and program design. Her diverse background ranging from retail, telemarketing, sales, wealth management, and education affords her the ability to connect seamlessly with those around her.
Narcissa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Ashford University (now The University of Arizona Global Campus).
Outside of work, Narcissa enjoys playing volleyball, tennis, traveling, spending time with family, and going to museums with her husband.
