Mike is a Talent Acquisition Consultant with strategic HR inc. He is talented at quickly understanding a client’s hiring needs and digging for those purple squirrels.
Mike has 6+ experience in talent acquisition filling everything from single openings to high volume. His recruiting experience spans a wide variety of roles and industries ranging from manufacturing, healthcare, information technology, logistics, architecture, retail and e-commerce, finance/business services, and food/beverage, just to name a few. With his varied background, Mike can hit the ground running immediately in recruiting for nearly any role, although he especially relishes tackling highly technical and IT related positions.
Mike uses his strong skills in project management and gathering requirements, in addition to his exceptional sales, vendor management, and client relationship development experience to handle multiple projects and keep all of his commitments moving forward. His results-oriented approach makes him highly successful in his work.
Mike has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. Because of Mike’s criminal justice training and background, he is uniquely positioned to lead our Active Shooter Training where he helps companies to prepare for the unthinkable, while protecting their employees and their liability.
