George is a Senior Sales Strategist with Strategic HR Business Advisors. He is a connector of great people and has a passion for finding and keeping happy clients through strong and lasting relationships. With experience in industries like manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, distribution, higher education, and food service, George loves working with companies to get to the root cause of their challenges and helping them execute on lasting solutions that empower their employees and promote a cohesive culture.
Before joining Clark Schaefer Hackett (Definity Partners), George spent 15 years at Miami University overseeing three Auxiliaries in Finance and Business Services and 2 years as a Corporate Sales Trainer for the Sandler Sales Institute. George has been with Strategic HR/Clark Schaefer Hackett for more than six years specializing in developing people, improving processes, and driving peak performance.
George has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Florida State University and received his Green Belt Certification from the University of Dayton. He also received his Lean Leader Certification from Miami University and his ServSafe Certification from the National Restaurant Association. George is also an Accredited Interscholastic Track & Field and Cross-Country Coach.
Outside of work, George enjoys running, coaching kids, and spending time with his wife, daughter, son, and dog.
