She has a passion to clearly understand her client’s company and their hiring needs. Once there is agreement, she dives in to find the best candidate for each role.
Cindy describes herself as a technical geek with a passion for recruiting. She has a Systems Analysis degree from Miami University and spent the first portion of her career designing and coding custom systems. She enjoys learning new applications for business and personal.
Cindy is a Cincinnati native, currently living in Anderson Township with her husband. She loves to hike, practice yoga, cook new plant-based meals, and spend time with friends and family.
