Alisa is Strategic HR’s Manager of HR Business Advisors. Her passion has always been about people, and combining her degrees in HR and Psychology to help provide the best possible work environment for the company and its employees.
Alisa has 20+ years of practical HR experience working for private companies in HR leadership positions, in addition to her HR consulting experience. She has extensive experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, creating policy and procedures, employee performance management, employee benefits and compensation, and government compliance. Alisa is an excellent communicator and extremely customer-focused, whether it’s assisting employees or clients. She is an independent, self-starter with a proven track record in partnering with management to assess, resolve, and advocate for human resources issues.
Alisa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (HR major) from Miami University and a Master’s Degree in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati. She has also attained both her PHR and SPHR certifications. She is a Past-President of GCHRA (Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association) in addition to holding many other Board positions over the years.
Outside of work, Alisa treasures the time with her husband and 5 kids, and enjoys traveling, exercising & connecting with friends & loved ones whenever possible.
