She has advised clients on the day-to-day aspects of HR including complaint investigations, recruiting and selection, engagement, employee performance management, creating policy and procedures, all with an eye towards compliance. She is extremely customer-focused and is always looking out for the best interests of the client. One of Cathleen’s many strengths includes customizing training programs to suit the clients’ needs.
