About the Speaker
Diane Egbers, Founder & CEO, Leadership Excelleration
Diane Egbers is the founder and CEO of Leadership Excelleration, a consulting firm with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations, teams, and executives improve performance and develop talent. She is also the founder and former board chair of Grant Us Hope, a nonprofit focused on teen suicide prevention. Diane has been recognized by Cincinnati Magazine as a Most Powerful Leader (2021-2024) and received the Kent Clapp CEO Leadership and Pillar Awards in 2022. She holds a Master’s in Executive Human Resources Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s in Business and Economics from the University of Cincinnati. She is the author of The Ascending Leader.
