Clark Schaefer Strategic HR sponsors: Goering Center 27th Annual Family & Private Business Awards

Join us in celebrating the very best of the Greater Cincinnati Family & Private Business Community.

For more than 25 years, the Goering Center for Family & Private Business has proudly recognized companies that uphold strong values, sustain long-term success, and cultivate leadership from within. This annual celebration honors not only business performance, but also the purpose, legacy, and community commitment that are central to family and private enterprises.

This year’s theme, “From There to Here to What’s Next,” honors the full journey of family and private enterprises, where they began, how they have grown and evolved, and the vision that continues to guide them forward. It reflects the milestones, transitions, and forward-looking leadership that define success across generations.
