Mr. McHenry represents his clients in employment-related litigation in its varied forms, from court to administrative to arbitration proceedings. He has obtained for his clients substantial verdicts as well as substantial pre-litigation settlements. Mr. McHenry has also proved to be a successful third party mediator. Mr. McHenry continues to be recognized in “The Best Lawyers In America” and as an “Ohio SuperLawyer.” He also continues to receive the highest rating, AV, given by Martindale Hubble, the national attorney rating organization.

Mr. Byrne has been a partner in the law firm of Jacobs, Kleinman, Seibel & McNally since 1983. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1980, and subsequently received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1983. He practices primarily in the areas of employment law, business litigation, personal injury, including cases involving the False Claims Act. Since 1995, he has been continuously chosen by his peers for inclusion in Best’s Lawyers in America publication in employment law for individuals and personal injury. Additionally, he has been listed as an Ohio Super Lawyer continuously since 2001. In 2012, he was elected into the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has tried numerous employment related jury trials throughout the tri-state region, including state and federal courts in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. He is also AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell.
