Max Kraus: Max Kraus (Moderator), Senior Manager, works on a variety of engagements ranging from financial statement compilations and reviews to audits and attestation services, working primarily with not-for-profit and manufacturing clients. Max also performs numerous benefit plan audits, including 401(k) and 403(b) plans, health and welfare plans, pension plans, and multi-employer plans, and works closely with plan sponsors in assisting them with DOL
and ERISA compliance matters.
