Businesses face a challenging future – The market is bonkers, and everyone is looking to switch jobs. So how do you attract, engage and retain top talent? As there is a “mass exodus” of people switching jobs, as market rates are changing, as we return/don’t return to the office, and as our people continue to face uncertainty and personal stressors, how the heck do our companies engage our people, retain them, and attract bar-raising talent?
- What you can do do make your employees feel worthwhile and engaged in today’s market?
- How can you keep your best talent from leaving you?
- With companies making return to work decisions, stay home or come back to the office, how do you keep your employees engaged and focused on their tasks.
Co-Founder of Cloverleaf
Kirsten Moorefield is a co-founder of Cloverleaf, a company that focuses on just this issue. Cloverleaf is a tech platform that provides automated coaching to everyone inside an organization, coaching them on how to do their own best work, and how to best collaborate with their teammates. Each piece of coaching is highly personalized, based on the individualized psychology of each member of the team. Based on her experience building her own company, research in I/O psychology, and working closely with customers on how they can engage, retain and attract top talent, Kirsten will over actionable take-aways that you can implement directly in your company. I believe we can be energized by the work we do and deeply enjoy the teams of people we get to do work with. What it takes is understanding the strengths of ourselves and our teammates, authenticity, and a culture of psychological safety. Cloverleaf, the technology platform I’ve co-founded, makes this accessible to everyone.
