Lisa is a Senior Recruiting Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Consultant with Clark Schaefer Strategic HR. She has a passion for helping clients in any way that she can, and she finds it rewarding to be an integral part of the entire recruitment and HR process.
Lisa has 15+ years of experience delivering HR and recruiting excellence in the workplace tackling everything from FMLA and payroll administration, to finding the best-fit candidate for organizational success and creating strong client relationships. She has a wide range of recruiting experience in the areas of nonprofit, sales, healthcare, finance, C-suite, and a little of everything in between, making her a valuable recruiting partner.
Lisa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, and she is an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR).
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys reading and spending time outside with her husband and two hilarious children.
