Jim’s desire is to give back. Using his 30+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, contract services and non-profit, he would like to share his knowledge to help companies prosper with their employees, clients, customers and stakeholders. His companies include; public and private, fortune 500 companies, mid-size, small (entrepreneur) and non-profit companies.

Jim is Sr. HR Consultant with strategic HR and earned his B.A. in Economics from Geneva College. His leadership responsibility has been at the c-suite level, for companies that range from 20 – 10,000 employees both domestic and international. His background includes all phases of human resources, labor & employee relations, union involvement/avoidance, benefits & compensation, M&A, succession planning, HRIS and strategic planning. Some of Jim’s many strengths are his knowledge and understanding of how HR: contributes to the bottom line, can bridge HR to the P&L statement and transforms an HR department to a high energy, efficient model. The years in manufacturing has helped him create cultures that have cohesively brought cross-functional departments together to drive the company’s revenue and profits.

Jim and his wife live in Covington, KY, they are active members of Crossroads Church Florence, proud parents of two sons, both graduates of the University of Kentucky. He enjoys volunteering and attending Broadway shows, an avid golfing, and when time permits, loves to travel overseas.
