Experts say by 2020, more than 20 percent of the workforce will be comprised of Generation Z employees. Robert Half has produced new research about this generation, born from 1990 through 1999. This presentation addresses Gen Zer’s career aspirations, job expectations and concerns as they enter the workforce. The presentation features survey findings and advice to help employers attract and retain this new generation of employees, along with strategies to manage a multigenerational workforce. This presentation is also offered as a CPE presentation.

Speaker:  Chris Janson, Robert Half

Chris Janson is a Regional Vice President with Robert Half in Cincinnati. In this role, he oversees operations for several lines of business, including Accountemps, OfficeTeam and Robert Half Finance & Accounting, throughout the Cincinnati metro area.

Chris has extensive experience in the professional staffing industry with more than 14 years of providing staffing assistance for all levels of business. Chris began his career with Robert Half in 2003 as a staffing manager for Accountemps in the Cincinnati branch. Soon after, he took over the role of Accountemps division director, followed by branch manager, before being promoted to his current position as vice president in 2012. Over the years, Chris has demonstrated incredible commitment to providing his clients and team with impeccable service, and the tools to adapt within an ever-changing professional staffing market.

Chris graduated with a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. He is involved with the Greater Cincinnati HR Association, the Institute of Internal Auditors, the American Payroll Association and the American Institute of CPAs.
